The MESA manual window, small patio and balcony retractable awning is a Beauty-Mark brand manufactured by Awntech. This heavy duty, energy saving MESA is sleek, strong and easy to extend and retract. It's frame is structural aluminum that is powder coated in white. Our Beauty-Mark Acrylic Fabrics are woven with 100% solution dyed acrylic, anti-microbial yarns and treated with UV and water resistant coatings. Acrylic is the number one fabric of choice for outdoor weather endurance. Beauty-Mark fabrics are available in many designer solids and stripes. Whether you just want to add some color, block the morning or afternoon sun, add a protective barrier from the rain or a number of other uses the MESA is a winner. Awnings will save you up to 50% in energy per room adjacent to the awning (PAMA energy study 2012). And don't forget, you can retract the MESA in the winter to allow the sun to warm your home thus saving energy in winter months. The valance can be removed and stored as well.
