This paper dispenser / cutter from Bulman delivers an even, serrated cut and is perfect for use in butcher shops, markets or grocery stores. It smoothly dispenses many types of paper including butcher, Kraft and gift wrapping paper. It cuts evenly, using either side of the double-edged blade.
