This Carlisle HL8195B00 FlexiGlow aluminum single-arm heat lamp comes with a bulb, cutting board, and drip pan, and is suitable for restaurant, hospitality, catering, and other applications. This lamp comes with a 250-watt red bulb for generating heat. Its shade has a flared rim that is drilled for dissipating heat and is made of spun aluminum for strength and resistance to corrosion. The switches on this lamp are located out of the heat zone for safety. The lamp sockets are insulated with ceramic and come with a screw shell and contact point made of nickel-plated copper to help prevent fusing. The internal wiring on this lamp is braided, has a silicone covering, and is rated for use up to 200 degrees C. This lamp has 16 gauge external wiring with a molded three-prong plug. The cutting board is made of maple wood and suitable for carving and serving cooked meat and other foods. The drip pan is made of 12 gauge metal for strength and is suitable for collecting and containing meat juices and other liquids.This heat lamp is designed to operate on 110-120V AC, has wiring that can accommodate 250V AC, and is for use in the U.S. only. This heat lamp meets NSF International/American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Standard 4 for commercial cooking, rethermalization, and powered hot food holding and transport equipment.
