This Carlisle RSP14 OptiClean blue plastic wash rack has an insert with four compartment rows, an open end, and is suitable for washing bakery trays, sheets, bun pans, and other items. This rack has an insert with four row compartments for helping to separate and hold items on an angle to facilitate washing. It is open on one end for holding items that are longer than the rack and to facilitate loading and unloading. This wash rack is made of Carlisle Blue polypropylene for resistance to breakage and fatigue, chemicals, and heat, and has a double-wall construction for strength and to help protect contents from moving dish machine parts. It has honeycomb upper walls with rounded edges to help distribute the load and provide handholds for gripping. A textured finish on the outside of the rack's solid lower walls and corners help resist slipping and scratching. This wash rack has molded handles for gripping, and a four-way track on the bottom to eliminate the need to rotate the rack when loading it into a dish machine.This wash rack meets NSF International/American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Standard 2 for food equipment. It measures 19.75 x 19.75 x 4 inches (L x W x H).
