Cold Brew Coffee Maker The BOCHA Cold Brew Coffee Maker creates a refreshingly smooth and less acidic brew that lasts up to 2 weeks. It offers a simple yet stylish design that looks impressive in any setting. The carafe is made of 100% heat-resistant borosilicate glass and has the capacity of 1 liter. The 18/8 stainless steel micro mesh filter is laser cut with tiny holes to keep coffee grounds out of your brew. Every part of this device was designed to enhance your entire brewing experience. Product Care When brewing is complete, remove the micro mesh filter from the carafe and empty the coffee grounds. Rinse filter with warm water and use a non-abrasive material with soap to clean the filter and carafe. If you notice your filter starting to clog, soak it in two parts water and one part vinegar for 30 minutes and rinse and dry. NOTE: This device is 100% dishwasher friendly. Be sure to place the carafe and other attachments securely into the dishwasher. Instructions Step 1: Grind 10-12 tbsp of your favorite coffee beans to fine-medium coarse. Step 2: Place filter inside empty carafe and add 1/3 of your ground coffee into the filter. Step 3: Pour 1.5 cups of room temperature water over the coffee grounds in the filter to begin filling the carafe. Step 4: Add remaining 2/3 of coffee grounds into the filter and pour water over the grounds until carafe is nearly full (1000ml line). Step 5: Place the cap securely on the carafe and store in a refrigerator for 12-24 hours. Step 6: Remove the cap and filter to pour yourself a perfect cup of cold brew coffee. Place the cap on securely to store up to two weeks.
