Deck Defender & Grass Guard protects your wood deck, composite deck, patio or lawn from the extreme heat created by portable wood burning Fire Pits and Chiminea's. Just place Deck Defender under your fire pit and burn as usual without the fear of heat damage to the area. Size 26" square. Weight capacity is 300 lbs. evenly distributed. Larger fire pits can be safely operated by placing the legs of the stand around Deck Defender. It's 100% fire-proof and has been extensively tested to extreme conditions. Fire pits average approximately 1,000 to 1,200 degrees F. Deck Defender has been tested up to 1,500 degrees F - so use with confidence. Steel frame is powder coated and includes wide feet for lawn applications. It is quality hand crafted using the finest materials and manufacturing processes for longevity and appearance.
