Warranty Our products carry 1 year replacement warranty in USA and Canada. In case of malfunction, contact us to start warranty claim. We will send you replacement unit as soon as we receive defective unit from you. Shipping cost will be covered by us. If you want to minimize time without your cooktop, you can purchase replacement unit and we'll refund your payment once defective unit is returned to us. This warranty doesn't apply to obviously misused unit that has cracked/broken glass or case or unit that has been exposed to water of fire. Even if you accidentally do break your cook top, we are still here to help you. Depending on availability we might be able to sell you new glass which should be replaced by trained/certified person. Due to high international shipping cost, we are not able to replace defective unit. For customers that are not from USA or Canada, we will provide necessary parts for their cooktops to be fixed.
