The PMA82 is a digital anemometer and thermometer from Pyle. Perfect for sailors, surfers, hang-gliders, kite-fliers — any activity where keeping track of the wind speed and direction is important. The PMA82 utilizes a conventional twisted cane arm with friction ball bearing for accurate measurements. This convenient meter is small, portable, and measures wind speed in ft/min, m/sec, MPH, km/hr, and knots. It also has a built-in thermometer which can measure the temperature in both Fahrenheit and Celsius units. Store maximum and minimum values for later reference. Automatically turns off after 15 minutes to save battery life. 9V battery required.
