Teeth Grinding Night Guard (Boil & Bite) Teeth Grinding Night Guard made from a soft BPA free EVA Polymer. Manufactured by experienced Lab technicians. Product pre-formed on a dental replica of the mouth giving a sound moulding base. Ideal for all aspects of Jaw Clenching or Teeth Grinding. Manufactured to a standard size and thickness (ca 2.0-2.5mm). Product can be moulded to fit. Please note: This is not a custom made item. It is pre-made on a dental study model for you to then mould to your own teeth using hot water.Directions: Place the guard in boiling water for approximately 15-20 seconds. Dip into cool water to bring the surface temperature to a comfortable level. Use a mirror to align the guard centrally with your teeth. Carefully fit the guard over the teeth, bite down firmly and suck in. Keep in place for approximately 20 seconds. Remove and rinse under cold water for 30 seconds. Test the fit. If it is not accurate repeat steps 1-5. - Individual adjustment can be made by patients themselves, using hot water to soften and then it's molded around the teeth using fingers and tongue pressure. If you need to re-mould it, follow the moulding instructions again.
