I got frustrated not being able to find high quality sheets without having to buy the entire set, so I made these sheets exclusively for Amazon based on feedback from 10 years selling to 4 and 5 star hotels and more than 5 years selling on Amazon! Textile experts: the construction is 173x120 using 60 compact yarns in both the warp and the weft - it doesn't get any better. Higher thread count or heavier fabric does not mean higher quality - think silk. Inferior sheeting is made with thicker, cheaper yarns. It adds weight not luxury. This fabric is light weight, not "thin". Only a single yarn is used for each weft thread giving the fabric a very high tensile strength. The fabric is sanforized (pre-shrunk), mercerized, and bio-polished. Bio-polishing is a technique used to make the fabric especially soft. The factory I use basically invented the process and is one of the few in the world able to make fabric feel this nice. These are made in India at the most modern, clean, and safe factory. Most other sheets on Amazon is made in Pakistan or China. There is a huge difference in quality. These are machine washable, but are 100% cotton, so they may wrinkle just a bit. I recommend taking them out of the dyer just before they finish drying. Wash before using for the first time. If you are still not convinced of the quality, you are welcome to return the product if you are not 100% satisfied. If your mattress is 10"-16", these will fit very well, guaranteed. Please measure your mattress from the lowest point the highest point including a topper if you have one. If you are at all disappointed, please email me.
