Unique design that combines the acoustic response of a traditional bell and diaphragm into a convenient one-sided chest piece. Bell-type low frequency response is achieved by simply holding the chest piece in place with light pressure. Ear Tip color may be black or dark red. Length 27 inches. Lifetime warranty. Real World Review by me an ER Physician with 25 years experience: This is an excellent stethoscope choice if you are in the market for a Single Head Cardiology model similar to the Littman Master Cardiology. The Master Cardiology model is Littman's highest rated model on Amazon with a perfect 5 stars. It is also the most expensive model. If you have the money in my opinion you will never go wrong purchasing it. It was the model I choose to use most of my 25 year career. That said I feel our RA Bock Single Head model with a tunable diaphragm offers very similar function and is an excellent value for the price paid. We continue to improve our stethoscope with each production. Our ear tips no longer screw on the binaural but push on exactly like Littman's. We use a thin carbon fiber impregnated diaphragm which gives this stethoscope outstanding acoustics.. Our mission is to provide less expensive medical diagnostics that have excellent function and to stand behind the products we sell. I can guarantee you will be impressed with the function and acoustics of this model. Please give this one a try and see for yourself.
