All nuts, bolts, and screws have a hot-dipped galvanized coating, and all nails are stainless steel for additional protection against the elements. A curved comfort back and a contoured seat make it extra relaxing. When you need to create extra seating space on your deck or patio, this sturdy Adirondack chair fits the bill. Available in a wide variety of exterior commercial grade bright finish colors with features like a high contoured back and seat for added comfort. The pine chair (as with all Designers Choice chairs and accessories) has been pressure treated with eco-friendly protecting preservatives and then cured to protect against destructive insect, decay, or rot, and all of which is made in the USA. This is also a great choice for your cottage, or vacation home. Whether you're relaxing around the fire or lounging in the afternoon sun, you'll appreciate the quality and appeal this versatile chair has to offer. If you'd like to prolong the life of your chair, we recommend staining with a transparent stain or similar protectant. Due to the pressure treatment process this wood has undergone, painting this chair with solid color paint is not recommended. If left untreated, this chair will weather to a beautiful silvery patina grey over time.
