It includes a collection of durable aluminum round cake pans with a generous 2 inch depth in 6, 8, 10 and 12-inch sizes. You also get two 2 count packages of Bake-Even Strips to keep your tiers or layers moist and to prevent high crowns or over-browning. You can also use the pans to make all kinds of layer cakes, from a small smash cake for baby's 1st birthday to a larger cake that feeds a crowd. Before baking your tiers or layers, fit the strips to your pan, soak in cold water, remove excess, then wrap around pan and cinch to tighten. You'll never have to level a cake again. In order to help cut down on extra packaging waste, each individual product in your set will arrive together in the same plain brown box.
