Now, Bubba Rope has created a "MINI" version that has a breaking strength of over 10k lbs! The new MINI can be used whenever you need a high-strength / low-weight connector. The MINI will replace steel shackles and even high strength carabineers. The new patentable design incorporates a self-tightening loop that slips over a specially designed knot to complete a continuous closed ring. Gator-Jaw soft shackles can be used where a heavy steel shackle might cause damage, or too cumbersome to use. Applications for the new Gator-Jaw soft shackle include both commercial and recreational uses of towing, vehicle or equipment recovery, marine and various camping and outdoor uses.
