This album, first in a series of compact disc releases, feature his lead flatpick guitar from start to finish on this all instrumental album, plus a bonus track of Clarence playing lead mandolin! Recorded in 1962 by reportedly, Ry Cooder, it features Roger Bush, bass player in the Kentucky Colonels on rhythm guitar and includes never before seen rare photos of Clarence, a statement of authenticity from the Estate of Clarence White and comments by Jerry Garcia, Doc Watson, Tony Rice, and Roger McGuinn.
